Introducing PREQUEL & CO. APOTHECARY by Frankie Solarik. Step into this transportive and immersive experiential cocktail bar. Inspired by the apothecaries of the Art Nouveau era of Paris 1890 - 1910.

A celebration of the Art Nouveau era of 1890 - 1910 Paris.

Apothecaries of the time utilized both fresh and dried herbs, botanicals, spices, and other various ingredients to create tinctures, medicines, and cures.

We have applied the same fundamental philosophy to the basis of our approach to our cocktail program. Mixologists curate recipes based on the celebration of the complexity that can be achieved with this approach. We call it “Méthode Classique”, transporting mixology back to its roots. Various spices and herbs are muddled à la minute, a true embodiment of our passion for the guest experience and the complexity that can be achieved with the fundamentals of this approach.
